A leading technology company is seeking a professional in Singapore to lead the end-to-end rollout and optimization of ERP systems. The successful candidate will manage large-scale IT projects and will have a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, including senior leadership roles. Strong communication skills, particularly in English and preferably Japanese, alongside advanced project management abilities are essential. This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders and effective governance implementation.
Lead the end-to-end rollout and operational management of company-wide ERP systems
Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of ERP solutions
Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for seamless integration and support
Liaise with business and IT system users for system development, enhancement, and support
Foster efficient collaboration across departments and project teams
Support and improve daily business operations through effective use of IT
Implement IT governance in compliance with headquarters’ policies and standards
Provide timely reporting and updates to headquarters
Share relevant information from headquarters with local and regional teams
Oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of the Data Warehouse (DWH) modernization project
Ensure alignment with business intelligence and analytics requirements
Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors for DWH implementation
Promote best practices in data architecture, integration, and governance
