We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Regional Operations Manager to join our growing team in Singapore, where we are dedicated to managing our commercial operations across the diverse and exciting Southeast Asia markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Leadership: You’ll help develop and implement innovative business strategies for our dealers across Southeast Asia.
  • Performance Oversight: Keeping a sharp eye on sales performance and dealer operations – from monthly results to long‑term goals, including the adherence to our Brand standards.
  • Collaboration & Coaching: Work alongside cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, while mentoring dealers to improve their skills and performance.
  • Dynamic Problem‑Solving: Identify process gaps and drive efficiency, ultimately ensuring that we achieve collective business goals.
  • Insights and Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to ensure we remain a leader in luxury automotive sales.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who’s not only experienced but also enthusiastic about the future of luxury automotive sales. Ideally, you’ve already proven your ability to manage dealer relationships and exceed targets within the automotive industry, navigating complex markets and adapting to fast‑changing dynamics.

Key Qualifications Include

  • Experience in Automotive Sales: A strong background in sales management within the automotive industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth is essential.
  • Leadership & Relationship Building: The ability to build strong, long‑lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from dealers to senior management.
  • Analytical & Data‑Driven: Comfortable working with performance metrics, sales data, and market insights to develop action plans.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability to support meetings and calls across various time zones, as well as the ability to manage your workload with a high level of autonomy. While the position is primarily office‑based in Singapore, there will also be travel opportunities to engage with dealers and partners across the region. You’ll need to thrive in a dynamic environment where independence and initiative are key to success.
