Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering, or Geology.
• Proven experience in tendering, technical proposal development, or related commercial roles.
• High attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical review and proposal processes for onshore services.
• Assess Invitation to Tender (ITT) requirements and develop strategies.
• Prepare tender costing and liaise with subcontractors.
