Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a professional in Singapore to lead the end-to-end rollout and optimization of ERP systems. The successful candidate will manage large-scale IT projects and will have a minimum of 15 years of IT experience, including senior leadership roles. Strong communication skills, particularly in English and preferably Japanese, alongside advanced project management abilities are essential. This role requires collaboration with global stakeholders and effective governance implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 10 years in Corporate IT Application or Infrastructure management.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale IT projects.
• Understanding of enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation.
• Advanced project management skills (PMP or equivalent preferred).

ERP System Implementation and Operations

Lead the end-to-end rollout and operational management of company-wide ERP systems

Ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of ERP solutions

Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders for seamless integration and support

Collaboration with IT System Users

Liaise with business and IT system users for system development, enhancement, and support

Foster efficient collaboration across departments and project teams

Support and improve daily business operations through effective use of IT

Collaboration with Headquarters in Japan

Implement IT governance in compliance with headquarters’ policies and standards

Provide timely reporting and updates to headquarters

Share relevant information from headquarters with local and regional teams

Lead the Data Warehouse (DWH) Modernization Project

Oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of the Data Warehouse (DWH) modernization project

Ensure alignment with business intelligence and analytics requirements

Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors for DWH implementation

Promote best practices in data architecture, integration, and governance

Job Requirement

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Information Technology (development, support, or operations)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate IT Application or Infrastructure management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing large-scale IT projects, preferably as a Project Director or equivalent
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT strategy, project delivery, and digital transformation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Japanese language skills are a plus) to communicate with Japan HQ
• Advanced project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification preferred)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in ERP systems (implementation, rollout, and operations), business process analysis, and change management
• Knowledge of computers, operating systems, office suites, programming languages, databases, network servers, and information security
