Job summary

A leading procurement advisory firm located in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Executive / Senior Purchasing Executive. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, source machine components from local and overseas suppliers, and negotiate optimal pricing and delivery terms. Candidates should have a relevant diploma or degree and experience in procurement, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Familiarity with SAP and MS Office is essential. A competitive salary range of $2,800 - $4,000 is offered, with a working schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of machine components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively source and procure machine components and materials from both local and overseas suppliers.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order processes and maintain complete documentation of all orders.
• Work closely with suppliers on delivery scheduling, quality issues, component specifications.
