Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage inventory, issue spare parts, and conduct stock checks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification, experience in warehouse operations, and hold a valid Forklift Operator and Class 4 Driving License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is advantageous. This role involves ensuring accurate documentation and participating in stock counts to maintain asset accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
• Prior experience in warehouse and inventory management.
• Valid Forklift Operator license and Class 4 Vehicle Driving License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP applications is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue spare parts and consumables in line with company SOPs.
• Safely perform vehicle loading and unloading activities.
• Conduct monthly stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Participate in annual stock counts for asset accountability.
• Perform diesel top‑ups for maintenance vehicles.
