Job summary

A healthcare solutions company in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will manage quality assurance activities, review QC trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal applicants should have a degree in Medical Laboratory Science and 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, along with strong knowledge of quality assurance and biostatistics. Proficiency in MS Office is required. This position offers the opportunity to impact healthcare delivery positively.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a core laboratory environment.
  • Strong QA knowledge and understanding of biostatistics.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and laboratory accreditation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing quality assurance activities across all laboratories.
  • Review monthly internal QC trends and investigate outliers.
  • Educate staff on QA standards and assist with new instrument evaluations.
  • Administer MOH and regulatory matters and support accreditation activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office

Education
