A healthcare solutions company in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will manage quality assurance activities, review QC trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal applicants should have a degree in Medical Laboratory Science and 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, along with strong knowledge of quality assurance and biostatistics. Job description

Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

Work Hours: 42 hours/week, 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• QA Support: Assist in managing quality assurance activities across all laboratories.
• Trend & Report Review: Timely review of monthly internal QC trends and EQAS reports; investigate outliers.
• Training & SOP Updates: Educate staff on QA standards, update SOPs, and assist with new instrument evaluations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Administer MOH and regulatory matters (e.g., HCSA, Singapore Customs) and support accreditation activities (ISO 15189:2020).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a core laboratory environment (healthcare sector).
• Strong QA knowledge and understanding of biostatistics.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and laboratory accreditation is an advantage.
