Job summary

A leading aviation services company based in Singapore seeks a Purchasing and Customer Support Executive to handle purchases and coordinate with various operational teams. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be proficient in MS Office and ERP tools. This is a permanent full-time position offering the opportunity to support customer queries and facilitate purchasing activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Handle direct or indirect purchases for the company.
  • Provide operational support to various teams.
  • Assist in tendering requirements and issue Purchase orders.
  • Sourcing products and monitoring warranty coverage.
  • Coordinate with shipping, finance, and project teams.
