Job description

Our esteemed client in the Railway Infrastructure industry is seeking a BIM Manager to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: BIM Manager
• Location: East
• Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Drive BIM adoption and digital engineering practices across various concurrent projects.
• Set up project BIM frameworks, including BIM protocols, standards, and execution procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Modellers, providing technical guidance and performance oversight.
• Allocate resources, track progress, and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate coordination sessions with consultants, contractors, and discipline teams.
• Manage clash detection processes and oversee integration of multi-disciplinary models.
• Ensure all models and outputs meet specified LOD and standards.
• Review and approve coordinated models, shop drawings, and As-Built documentation.
• Contribute to tender proposals by preparing BIM methodologies and relevant technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• At least a Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Building, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, with proven experience managing multiple projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong technical background in electrical or multi-disciplinary building systems (MEP).
• Familiar with local BIM submission requirements.
