We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Engineer - Mechanical to join our Building Services team in Singapore.

Senior Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading mechanical services (HVAC) design for building projects
• Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity
• Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing
• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
• In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
• Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job
• Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients
• Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in a Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years experiences in consulting firm
• Leading roles experience in ventilation & air-conditioning (HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage) design & design management of commercial, healthcare or school projects will be an advantage
• Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
• Able to work independently & exercise initiative
• Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
• A team, client and delivery focused working style
