Your contributions to our joint success
- Responsible to perform facial and body treatments’ services according to the required standards set by the company
- Conduct customers’ skin analysis and recommend the correct treatments
- Provide the appropriate body consultation and recommend correct body treatments
- Responsible in achieving the product sales targets
- Comply with service procedures set by the company
- Ensure total customers’ satisfaction after each treatment during the treatment therapy
- Promote and make appropriate recommendations on skin care products to customers
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
- Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.
What does it take to be a Spa and/or Body Therapist
- Results and service oriented
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Experience in retail operations or Sales & Marketing related
- Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week)
- Relevant beauty certificates OR three (3) years’ experiences in beauty industry
