Job description

    As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various medical events, such as conferences, workshops, surgery observation programs, symposiums, and webinars. Your role will involve developing event timelines, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of events. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate all aspects of the events.Your duties will also include coordinating with different functions to arrange necessary materials for hands-on training, managing relationships with surgeons, vendors, and internal teams, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. Additionally, you will be in charge of handling travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements for speakers and attendees.Building close relationships with key customers across India to facilitate training and education courses will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will need to ensure that all events comply with relevant medical industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and accreditation standards. Moreover, you will be responsible for document collection, preparing event reports, and maintaining participant attendance records.Furthermore, you will develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management. Gathering and analyzing feedback from attendees and faculties to evaluate event success will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to make recommendations for future events and process improvements, as well as prepare post-event reports with event pictures, attendance sheets, and attendee engagement metrics.To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered a plus. You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, or Event Management, preferably in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries. Strong organizational and project management skills, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, are essential for this role.,
