As our Spa / Body Therapist, you play a crucial role in performing facial and body treatments for our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. We are seeking warm, friendly and service-oriented individuals who are willing to go to the extra mile for our customers while achieving personal targets.

Your contributions to our joint success

• Responsible to perform facial and body treatments’ services according to the required standards set by the company
• Conduct customers’ skin analysis and recommend the correct treatments
• Provide the appropriate body consultation and recommend correct body treatments
• Responsible in achieving the product sales targets
• Comply with service procedures set by the company
• Ensure total customers’ satisfaction after each treatment during the treatment therapy
• Promote and make appropriate recommendations on skin care products to customers
• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
• Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.

What does it take to be a Spa and/or Body Therapist

• Results and service oriented
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Experience in retail operations or Sales & Marketing related
• Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week)
• Relevant beauty certificates OR three (3) years’ experiences in beauty industry
