Sales Assistant Manager
Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to manage customer accounts and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, with strong interpersonal skills and preferably some B2B sales experience in manufacturing. This is a permanent role with a salary package up to $5,000, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

- Preferably has experience in supporting customer design projects.
- Experience in the Power Semiconductors and Power Supplies manufacturing industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and relationships.
- Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules.
- Support sales activities with existing and new customers.
- Assist with accounts receivable collection from customers.
- Be willing to travel in the region to support customers.
- Help prepare sales reports.

- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage assigned customer accounts, including customer relationships, forecasting to the factory, inventory management, and meeting monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
- Support sales activities with existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
- Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable collection from customers.
- Be willing to travel in the region to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
- Help the Sales Manager with preparing sales reports.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
- Able to work independently and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferably has B2B sales experience in manufacturing, especially with experience in supporting customer design projects.
- Experience in the Power Semiconductors and Power Supplies manufacturing industry is a plus.
