A leading firm in sales management in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to direct their sales team, develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. This position is integral to driving revenue growth and achieving client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Track record of effectively managing a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Direct the Sales team to achieve client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Develop and oversee strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Skills
Working Hours: Mon to Fri / 9Am to 6Pm
Start Date: Immediate
Min 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
Strong organizational and leadership skills of at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team
Knowledgeable and excellent networking
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
- Build and maintain strong and long‑lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
- Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
- Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
- Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
- Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities
- Review sales performance and analyze performance reports
