Sales manager
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth efforts and expand our footprint in the facade construction sector. You will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, managing client relationships, and turning leads into long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate understands the complexities of the construction bidding process and can speak "the language" of developers, architects, and general contractors.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new build projects and renovation opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks with key stakeholders, including developers, GCs, and architects.
Bidding & Estimating: Collaborate with the pre-construction team to prepare competitive bids, ensuring accuracy in scope and pricing.
Pipeline Management: Track leads and progress using [BIM software, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] and provide regular sales forecasts.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of local market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming zoning/development changes.
Experience: 5+ years of sales experience specifically within the construction or building materials industry.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, and interpret project specifications.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
