Commercial development for The Company's product line, including defining and establishing commercial strategies through market research in both the domestic and international markets.
Create and implement all strategic sales programs to support corporate goals and sales performance targets.
Accountable for maximizing profit margins and fulfilling predetermined sales targets.
Create monthly/annual sales and forecast budgets, as well as sales proposals for customers.
Project management and department profit and loss responsibility Stay current on industry news and trends, goods, services, rivals, important information regarding legacy, existing, and developing technologies, and the most recent product-line advancements
Proactively lead, own, and take responsibility in the customer / sales team context for discussions on technical solutions proposed by the company in a way that builds credibility with its clients.
Planning of manpower and work schedules, mentoring and supervising technicians doing service jobs.
Inspect and install engines, stern tubes, and deck machinery on a range of boats.
Keep track of, manage, and order the stock inventory.
