Job Description

Min 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager

Strong organizational and leadership skills of at least 3-5 years of track record in managing a sales team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Direct the Sales team to result in client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Develop, execute and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the set business targets and maximise sales opportunities
• Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
• Build and maintain strong and long‑lasting relationships with existing and new customers while understanding their business objectives and needs
• Foster relationships with existing and new customers to achieve desired revenue
• Promote positivity and motivation within the Sales team
• Investigate and resolve factors impacting sales performance
• Monitor changes in industry and leverage them for business opportunities
• Review sales performance and analyze performance reports
