Position Title: Administration Executive/ Office Manager

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 7 pm)

Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Staff Discounts

Duration: Permanent Role

1. Process daily e-commerce orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand efficiently.
3. Arrange for bulk shipments from abroad.
4. Conduct basic bookkeeping and accurately prepare invoices for accounting.
5. Process bank payments.
6. Manage monthly salary payments and CPF contributions.
7. Effectively order and oversee company supplies to ensure availability.
8. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

1. Diploma or Degree in administration, business
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
