A local cooperative society in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional. The role involves office management, vendor liaison, and event organisation. Candidates should have a diploma or Higher Nitec with at least 3 years of experience in office administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a friendly demeanour are essential.
Provide administrative and office management support, including procurement, liaising with vendors for service fulfilment and stationery management
Maintain and organise departmental documents and records efficiently
Support in organising staff and corporate events
Provide logistical support for marketing initiatives, including inventory packing and distribution of promotional materials.
Perform other administrative or logistical tasks to support special projects, events and initiatives as required.
Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) or Higher Nitec with at least 3 years relevant working experience in general office management and administration
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
Friendly demeanour and able to work well with others
