A logistics and operations company in Singapore seeks an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include preparing delivery documents, processing orders, and coordinating with customers. Candidates should possess a minimum GCE O Level, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and Chinese. This role offers a 5-day workweek and 12 days of annual leave.
Prepare Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing list and Shipping Documents.
Place purchase order with our Principal and follow up on delivery status.
Process order by data entry into Accpac system according to customers’ requirements and ensure orders are accurate and delivery on time.
Follow up on customers’ order and delivery schedule.
Assist in preparing reports, ensure proper filing and documents control.
Support management in improving operation efficiency and workflow.
Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties.
Minimum GCE O Level.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Accpac System).
Fluent in written English and spoken Chinese.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
5 days work week (8.30am to 6.00pm)
Working location: Ubi Road (5 minutes from Ubi MRT)
12 days of annual leave
