A leading music education institution in Singapore is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a team of Customer Service Executives. The role involves mentoring staff, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, including leadership experience. Proficiency in English is required, and being bilingual is preferred. This position offers a gross salary of $4,000 - $4,500 along with medical coverage and opportunities for professional development.
