Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across the region.
  • Organise training initiatives in collaboration with Country MDs.
  • Implement global talent management initiatives.
  • Oversee the Talent Management Program in SEA.
  • Administer Employee Engagement Surveys.
  • Manage the Learning Management System.
  • Develop onboarding programs and core training curriculums.
  • Identify opportunities for employee development.
