In charge of driving commercial success and growth for the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) brands within a specific market or channel.
RESPONSIBLE FOR...
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies for LDB brands in assigned channels.
  • Ensuring commercial excellence and strong sales performance in the field.
  • Leading strategic transformation initiatives within the commercial team to adapt to market dynamics and consumer needs in the dermatological beauty segment.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Commercial Strategy:Defines and implements the commercial strategy, distribution, and conquest plans specifically for LDB brands (e.g., pharmacies, dermato-cosmetic clinics, e-commerce).
    Coordinates the execution of trade policy, ensuring alignment with LDB brand guidelines and market objectives.
    Develops and manages incentive systems to motivate sales teams and drive performance for LDB products.
    Collaborates with learning and development teams to ensure commercial teams are equipped with specific product knowledge and sales techniques relevant to dermatological beauty.
  • Commercial Excellence:Works closely with Brand General Managers within the LDB division to define and execute commercial priorities for each brand (e.g., La Roche-Posay, CeraVe).
    Establishes and optimizes field efficiency strategies, including routing, client visit steps, and effective utilization of sales tools.
    Ensures that sales force automation (SFA) systems, management reports, and other tools are effectively utilized to achieve commercial objectives for LDB brands.
    Monitors and drives continuous improvement in commercial excellence across all LDB channels.
  • Leadership & Transformation Execution:Guarantees the upskilling and development of commercial teams focusing on dermatological beauty products and their unique selling propositions.
    Animates, coordinates, and coaches commercial representatives and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
    Promotes best practices sharing and taskforce contributions within the commercial teams at various levels, emphasizing LDB market insights.
    Contributes to building and evolving the commercial organization and roles to meet the specific demands and growth opportunities within the dermatological beauty market.
    Works collaboratively with multi-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical, digital) to place the customer at the heart of all commercial initiatives for LDB.
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to envision long-term market potential within the dermatological beauty sector and translate it into clear, identifiable goals to drive business growth.
  • Experience managing diverse and hybrid commercial teams (onsite + remote), demonstrating high energy and modern leadership, with a proven ability to maintain personal energy and focus. A hands‑on approach to achieve excellence in execution and results whilst developing teams.
  • Strong skill in leading field transformations, particularly within dynamic and specialized markets like dermatological beauty.
  • A strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of commercial strategy, ideally within the beauty, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong influencing skills to drive collaboration and achieve objectives across different departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and inspiring action.
  • Extensive rigor and excellent analytical skills to interpret market data, sales performance, and consumer insights within the LDB segment.
