Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and employee-related matters.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee learning and development needs analysis, training budget administration, and course coordination.
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation; analyse data to support insights-driven decision-making.
  • Support general office administration, including workspace planning, travel arrangements, procurement, and other operational support functions.
