Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, ideally with regional APAC exposure.
• Strong track record of designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs across APAC.
• Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure consistency.
• Oversee onboarding programs tailored to local market needs.
