Responsibilities

• Execute departmental training plans and monitor utilization.
• Conduct training needs analysis and implement effective learning strategies.
• Explore the use of tech tools to execute process improvements.
• Manage scholarship and sponsorship programs.
• Plan and monitor budgets for learning and scholarship initiatives.
• Administer learning records, evaluations, and scholar progress.
• Prepare and manage training and scholarship bonds/MSP.
