Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive for a 6-month contract. You will manage Accounts Payable for the APAC region, ensuring compliance and supporting financial processes. Candidates should have a Diploma in Accountancy, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Interested applicants can apply via email.

- Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
- Ability to maintain accurate accounting records.

Budget: S$3.5k -4.2k per month
Job Description:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) for the APAC region.
- Review and process payments with proper documentation and approvals
- Support month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, including payment files, vendor contracts, and internal controls.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve AP and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support process improvements and maintain finance SOPs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting and Accounts Payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prior working experience with SAP
