Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Hunter Sales Executive who thrives on sourcing leads and closing deals with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, proactive, and hungry to hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition (Hunter Sales)
  • Proactively identify, source, and generate new leads
  • Convert warm leads into sales opportunities
  • Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos to educate prospects on features, benefits, and value.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
Customer Consultation & Solution Selling
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer lifestyle, preferences, and product suitability.
  • Recommend tailored product solutions—explaining features, benefits, and value clearly.
  • Position product value versus competitors, handle objections confidently, and convert interest into sales
Customer Experience & Sales Cycle Ownership
  • Provide a positive and professional customer experience from first contact through post-purchase.
  • Build long-term relationships that drive referrals and repeat purchases.
  • Work closely with service/installation teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM or POS system.
Requirements
