Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries for car rental and leasing.
• Assist customers with vehicle options.
• Manage bookings, contracts, and payment processing.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Support admin and coordination with the operations team.
• Send vehicles for servicing and inspection.
• Arrange for car cleaning before handover.
• Ensure vehicles are in good condition.

• Assist walk-in / online customers with vehicle options
• Manage bookings, contracts & payment processing
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Support admin and coordination with operations team
• Send vehicles to workshop for servicing, repairs, and inspection
• Arrange car wash / basic car cleaning before customer handover
• Ensure vehicles are in good, clean, and ready condition
