A local retail company in Singapore is seeking a Showroom Sales Stylist to enhance customer experiences in their showroom. The successful candidate will serve as a Brand Ambassador, achieving sales targets while providing excellent service and styling solutions. No prior experience is necessary, but a sales-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential. The role requires availability on weekends and public holidays, with a focus on fostering customer relationships and contributing to the company's branding efforts.

Grey & Sanders is looking for a well-rounded, fun-loving individual to join our sales team! As a Showroom Sales Stylist, you play an important role as the first touch point for the customers that visit our showroom and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience journey through and through. Your ultimate goal would be to convert as many customers as possible through effective communication, understanding your customer’s needs & recommending the right products to furnish their homes!

Job Responsibilities
  • Be our Grey and Sanders Brand Ambassador to promote brand value.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs set by the manager.
  • Provide an excellent retail experience to walk-in clients by educating them about the brand concept, furniture collection, and our customization services.
  • Offer styling solutions for our customers’ homes based on their requirements.
  • Take ownership of both point-of-sale & after-sales processes.
  • Assist in answering online and offline inquiries.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the latest furniture trends and new product launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Customers/Interior Designers/Contractors & Property agents.
  • Assist the Merchandising team in curating showroom visuals to optimize available floor space.
  • Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist with hands-on tasks and any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • No minimum experience is required, however, experience in furniture sales, interior design, or interior styling is a plus!
  • Our ideal candidate should be well-groomed, sales driven & eager to learn with strong communication skills and a good work ethic.
  • You will be required to work on Weekends & Public Holidays (Off In Lieu Granted)
  • Singaporeans preferred.
