- Position Title: Freight Sales Executive
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue and profit goals.
- Manage client accounts and learn about the market to find new sales leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, providing after-sales support.
- Serve as the main contact for customers, working closely with departments to address their needs.
- Follow up with existing and in-house clients to ensure quality service.
- Respond to in-house customer inquiries and requirements as needed.
- Submit daily reports, sales reports, and sales plans.
- Prepare quotations and administrative reports.
- Participate in all company activities and initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Complete additional administrative duties as required by the Manager.
