Job Description:

This is a full time role for an Account Executive cum Admin located in Airline Road. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry.

  • Accounting Data entry
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger
  • To liase with supplier / forwarder for imports, shipments losses / survey & cost verification
  • Assist in preparation and closing of management accounts reporting.
  • Responsible for quarterly reports & GST submission
  • Co-ordination and support of year end audits, tax filing and company secretarial matter.
  • Communication to clients, brokers, insurers, auditors, and tax agents
  • General office administration duties
  • Process staff reimbursement and claim forms.
  • Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations.
  • Liaise with customers, shipping agents & terminal operators.
  • Provide regular update to HQ.
  • Computer skill and knowledge of relevant software

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting, Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Experienced in Freight-chartering.
