Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Event Management

  • Position Title: Event Sales Executive (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

  • Working Location: Bukit Batok

  • Working Hours: 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM)

  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Sales Incentives + Performance Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for events, including exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored event solutions.

  • Develop and present compelling event proposals and quotations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event planning and execution according to client specifications.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new sales opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

  • Provide excellent service before, during, and after events to ensure high client satisfaction and foster repeat business
