    Sales Enablement ManagerLocation: Kochi | Mode: Work from OfficeReports To: DirectorYour RoleAs a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining sales processes, managing sales content, and driving efficiency across the team. Your focus will be on improving onboarding, training, and sales support systems to ensure the team operates at peak performance.Key Responsibilities Sales Process & Performance Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve sales and marketing campaign efficiency. Onboarding & Training: Develop structured onboarding programs for new sales and marketing team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed. Sales Content Management: Create, manage, and maintain sales collateral, including playbooks, pitch decks, and client outreach templates. CRM & Tools Management: Ensure effective use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools, providing training where needed. Data & Reporting: Track sales and marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations, sales, and client success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy. Quality Control & Compliance: Oversee campaign quality checks, ensuring all sales communications align with company standards. Competitive & Market Intelligence: Provide sales teams with insights on market trends, competitor positioning, and customer challenges.What You Bring Experience: 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in B2B sales or lead generation. Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and exposure to sales enablement platforms . Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency. Training & Coaching Skills: Strong ability to mentor and train teams on sales best practices and tools. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify errors, proofread campaign materials, and maintain high-quality standards. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, following workflows, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Communication: Excellent English language skills to support UK-based teams and clients.Preferred Skills (Bonus, but not required) Experience in B2B email lead generation or outbound sales campaigns.
