International Digital Services (IDS) is a strategic and pivotal unit, contributing to the Group’s transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business and operating models. As a business unit, it is focused on adjacent to Telco opportunities, continuously innovating to harness scale and synergies across the Group to deliver quality solutions to telcos and enterprises regionally and internationally. Beyond business, IDS champions an agile and streamlined operating model while serves as a launchpad for talent development.

Make an Impact by

  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to track individual, team, and overall sales performance.
  • Monitor and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead capture to closure, with a focus on identifying drop-offs and improving conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure CRM discipline and actionable insights for pipeline health.
  • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for visibility into sales, billing, operations, and customer success metrics.
  • Automate regular reports while providing deep-dive analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Enable self-serve reporting across departments through well-structured data sources and documentation.
  • Define, document, and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, and policy guides across functions.
  • Set up new processes where gaps exist and continuously improve existing ones through feedback loops and root cause analysis.
  • Establish tracking systems for process adherence, performance metrics, and operational health.
  • Manage contract lifecycle for customers, channel partners and vendors — from execution tracking to renewal management.
  • Coordinate closely with legal, finance, product, sales, and vendor teams to ensure compliance and timely settlements.
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository with version control and milestone alerts.
  • Serve as escalation point for billing or operational issues, especially for ICT and cloud-based solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve disputes quickly while documenting trends to inform improvements.
  • Implement controls and reconciliation processes to reduce recurring billing discrepancies.
  • Create onboarding programs, job aids, and role-specific training materials for new hires and cross-functional team members.
  • Deliver enablement sessions to improve process adoption, system usage (e.g., CRM, billing tools), and product knowledge.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of related of experience in business operations or revenue operations, ideally within a startup or fast-paced SaaS/ICT environment.
  • Proven track record in setting up and improving operational processes and creating scalable systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in process documentation and digital workflow tools.
  • Either one of the following certifications:
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
    • Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) or BPMN training
    • Agile or Scrum Certification – (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), billing tools, and BI/reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of contract workflows, sales lifecycle management, and vendor coordination.
  • Adept in contractual framework and risk management.
  • Highly analytical and organized, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning and execution in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Presentation skills including written and verbal communication
