Role: Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our influencer marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, particularly with beauty brands or campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Attend relevant events for networking and business development.
- Develop content ideas, write, and curate engaging content.
- Plan shoots and coordinate with agencies.
- Research industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and users.
- Brainstorm innovative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for multi-channel strategies.
- Oversee campaign development from ideation to execution.
- Set up and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
- Serve as liaison between brand ambassadors/influencers and marketing team.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities and develop professional partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to post influencer content.
- Research market data to establish best practices.
- Generate and present campaign performance reports.
- Keep abreast of social media and influencer marketing trends.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns, especially in beauty brands.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or TapInfluence.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for AI and new technologies; ability to learn AI tools is essential.
