  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $7000 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in hazardous and toxic waste management services.
  • Identify, engage, and secure potential clients across industrial, marine, and commercial sectors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and service agreements that meet client requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Stay updated on environmental regulations (e.g., NEA, IMO, Basel Convention) to ensure compliance in all solutions offered.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote services and generate leads.
  • Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide accurate reports to management.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and materials.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business development strategies.
Requirement
  • Minimum Degree in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Toxic waste, environmental services, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hazardous and toxic waste handling, treatment, and disposal practices.
  • Strong communication abilities with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of environmental compliance standards at both local and international levels.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
