The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3 to 6-month immersive experience designed for early-career talent. It offers hands-on exposure to Web3, real-world projects, networking, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to the blockchain ecosystem.

As a Frontend Engineer in the BAP, you will help build and improve user-facing interfaces for Binance’s products using modern web technologies.

1. Develop efficient, maintainable client-side code for web and mobile platforms.
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to build seamless user experiences.
3. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of shared frontend components.
4. Ensure responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across devices.
5. Maintain high code quality, design standards, and best practices.
6. Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
7. Familiar with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, etc.
8. Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly applications.
9. Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
10. Experience using Git version control systems.
11. Strong interest in UI/UX and a willingness to learn and grow.
12. Experience with styled-components, TailwindCSS, or other CSS-in-JS frameworks.
13. Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration techniques.
14. Current university students or recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields.
15. Passion for blockchain, crypto, or Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
