We are seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager to play a strategic role in driving system optimisation, financial planning, and advanced analytics for Radiology Sciences SingHealth. This position leads cross‑functional initiatives, oversees system implementation and enhancements, and collaborates with institutional finance units to harmonise pricing strategies.
You will spearhead system analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and deliver automation solutions, whilst overseeing process improvements across financial and operational workflows. You will direct budgeting, costing, forecasting, and variance analysis for Radiology Sciences SingHealth, collaborate with institutional finance units to harmonise cluster‑wide pricing strategies, and ensure financial sustainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The role involves leading system implementation projects, including planning and execution, overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), and ensuring seamless configuration before Go‑Live. After Go‑Live, you will act as key liaison between project managers, Information Technology (IT) consultants, and stakeholders to drive continuous system optimisation. You will develop and implement centralised dashboards for cross‑institutional performance benchmarking, design and deploy interactive dashboards for leadership decision‑making, and deliver advanced analytics and operational metrics such as utilisation rates and scan duration to optimise resource allocation. Additionally, you will provide strategic input during meetings and retreats, and prepare high‑level presentations and reports for leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, preferably with at least 4 years' working experience
Experience in system diagnostics, workflow optimisation, and financial processes
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
Experience in using other visualisation tools, such as Python
Knowledge of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Go‑Live processes in system implementation projects
Ability to communicate technical findings to management in a clear and structured manner
Positive attitude and team player with strong interpersonal skills
Independent, critical thinking with meticulous and detail‑oriented approach
Responsible and independent with ability to handle tight deadlines
