A leading maritime recruitment firm is seeking a Chief Engineer or Master Mariners based in Singapore. This role demands over 20 years of experience and at least 5 years in an active sales position within maritime. You will be responsible for expanding a fleet of digitally managed vessels, developing new business opportunities, and managing high-level customer relationships across regions like Singapore and Europe. Ideal candidates are self-driven and have a strong network within the maritime sector.
We are looking to onboard self-driven Chief Engineer or Master Mariners from global Maritime organizations, have exposure of handling large Maritime companies in Sales or Customer Relationship, Customer Success portfolio, comfortable in fast-moving ambiguous situations need to apply.
Total Work Experience: 20 Years +
Experience in Desired skillset: minimum 5 yrs
Your prior experience of working with Ship Owners or Operators/ Technical Managers will be leveraged w.r.t existing network and relationships that you bring along. It will be important to also know more about your Sphere of Influence as you drive global business under this portfolio.

In this role, you will develop business opportunities and revenue growth, and be responsible part of sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with efficient emphasis on new business sales.
You will work closely with different teams to ensure an excellent customer experience while reaching revenue goals.
You will be responsible for raising our profile as a provider of choice, lifting sales performance and contributing to the wider business success across the APAC, European and UAE region.
