Job summary
A leading HR service provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Business Partner with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare/medical industry. The role includes supporting daily HR operations, acting as a partner to employees, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate HR records. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferred. Interested applicants should send their resumes to the provided email.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of HR BP experience in the healthcare/medical industry.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and deliver HR services effectively.
- Act as a partner to employees and managers across HR functions.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes like recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee information accurately in the HRIS.
- Assist with payroll administration and performance management.
Skills
Education
- Support daily HR operations as part of a dynamic HR team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services.
- Act as a HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance across the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain and update employee information accurately in the HRIS.
- Process confirmations, manage contracts, support performance management cycles, and assist with payroll administration.
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a general degree with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Min 2 years of HR BP experience in Healthcare/ Medical industry
