A leading HR service provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Business Partner with at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare/medical industry. The role includes supporting daily HR operations, acting as a partner to employees, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate HR records. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations as part of a dynamic HR team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services.
• Act as a HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance across the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee information accurately in the HRIS.
• Process confirmations, manage contracts, support performance management cycles, and assist with payroll administration.
• Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a general degree with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Min 2 years of HR BP experience in Healthcare/ Medical industry
