Job summary

A local property management company in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant to provide administrative support across multiple entities. Responsibilities include managing HR inquiries, maintaining personnel files, and processing work passes. Candidates must possess GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required along with the ability to work independently. This role is primarily on-site in Bukit Merah.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience as HR Assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in processing Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes.
  • Able to work on-site in Bukit Merah area.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support in HR Department, including collection of daily HR mails.
  • Attending to HR queries from staff and filing personnel files.
  • Assisting with on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education

GCE ‘O’ Levels or ITE Certificate in Business
