Job summary

A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Office HR Assistant to manage employee attendance, administer leave applications, and coordinate medical claims. The ideal candidate should possess at least GCE N Levels or an equivalent office skills certificate, along with a year of relevant experience. Working days are Monday to Friday with flexible hours, and the salary ranges from $2,400 to $3,000 depending on qualifications.   • Administer staff leave applications in EPE and Easytime.
  • Extract and verify subcontract workers' attendance reports.
  • Prepare Letters of Guarantee and follow up on medical claims.
  • Arrange and coordinate annual noise monitoring examinations.

Job description

Position title: Office HR Assistant

Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points – Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Lakeside, Tuas Crescent etc)

Working Days: 5 days Mon – Fri

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm

Salary: $2,400 – $3,000 depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of fingerprint registration for all employees including subcontract workers
  • Monitor, verify and maintain staff attendance records in Easytime to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Administer staff leave application in EPE and Easytime
  • Extract and verify subcontract workers’ attendance reports
  • Prepare Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and follow up on employees’ medical claims
  • Arrange and coordinate annual noise monitoring examinations
  • Maintain and update foreign workers’ records including passport details in p‑files, Sage and the master namelist
  • Raise requisition orders and manage purchase of stationery, gifts/hampers/wreath
  • Liaise with telco providers on matters relating to corporate phone lines
  • Organize and maintain production personnel files><> other ad duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Levels or office skills certificate
  • At least 1‑year experience, preferably in the related field
