Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 1-3 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Singapore labor laws. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin generalist role.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labor regulations and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer issuance.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
• Support probation and performance reviews in coordination with department heads.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Manage company vehicle insurance renewal and office stationery orders.
