Job summary
A leading HR firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support payroll processing and various HR functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, especially in payroll processing, and hold a relevant diploma. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR with payroll experience.
- Experience in processing for engineering or construction industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll while working in a team.
- Update and maintain employee personnel files.
- Assist in training administration arrangements.
- Help with dormitory arrangements and work pass renewal.
- Administer WICA / H&S claims.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills
Education
Assist in Human Resource functions and administrative matters
- Processing of monthly Payroll ( Working with a Team )
- Update and maintain of employee individual's personnel files and records
- Assist in training administration arrangements for internal / external courses
- Assist in dormitory arrangements, assignments, involve in application of work pass renewal
- Assist in WICA / H&S claims administration
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR field with payroll experience
- Min NITEC / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Preferred those with experience in processing engineering or construction industries players
