Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical & Aircon) in the buildings.
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works
• Attend to defects, rectifications and customers' complaints promptly
• Create / Doing up of fault report and service report.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
