Zusammenfassung
A luxury retail company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a retail position at Changi Airport. Responsibilities include daily store operations, maintaining a high shopping environment, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, a passion for retail, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

- Ensure daily store operations meet sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and process refunds.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily store operations to achieve store sales.
- Provides excellent customer service with good maintenance of shopping environment.
- Identifies and handles customers inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy.
- Engage and capitalize in upselling and cross-selling to customers.
- Operates POS cash register and handles various payment mode with accuracy.
- Ensure that store presentation is well maintained with store replenishment and clean fixtures.
- Assist in sales plans execution and participation in conjunction of marketing events and promotion programs.
- Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE O Level with at least 2 years of relevant experience in high end fashion/luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Comfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays (5 work days per week)
- Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
- Fluent in English. Additional spoken languages is a plus.
- A good team player with pleasant personality
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Possess basic computer skills
